How do I submit a maintenance request, and how long do repairs usually take?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through your resident portal. Our maintenance team works hard to respond as quickly as possible – most requests are handled within 48 business hours, depending on the issue. Emergency requests are always prioritized.
How do I pay my rent and when is it due?
Rent payments can be made online through the resident portal using electronic payments or in the leasing office via check or money order. Rent is due on the first of each month. If you have questions about payments, our leasing team is happy to help!
What is the guest and overnight visitor policy?
We welcome guests! Residents may have visitors if they follow our community guidelines and do not disrupt roommates or neighbors. We also encourage residents to check with their roommates before inviting guests to ensure everyone is comfortable. Overnight stays are may not visit longer than three consecutive days not to exceed three times in one month, for a total of nine days within a calendar year month.
What should I do if I get locked out of my apartment?
If you’re locked out during office hours, stop by the Leasing Office for assistance. After hours, please contact our Community Assistant (CA) on call at 443.862.0445. Be sure to have your ID with you!
What is the pet policy?
University Village is not a pet-friendly community; however, we warmly welcome all approved service animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Residents with a service animal or ESA are required to submit the required paperwork and get approval from the staff before their animal is approved to live at University Village.
Who do I contact after office hours?
For after-hour emergencies, please contact the Community Assistant on call at 443.862.0445. Non-urgent matters will be addressed during the next business day .
I will be having a guest visit me. How can they park at University Village?
Guests can park at University Village for $5 per night in the visitor's section located in the back of Lot 1 only. Residents must report to the Leasing Office during office hours to obtain a visitor's pass for the guest prior to their arrival.
What is my mailing and package address?
Each building has its own address. The building addresses are as follows: Building 1: 400 Campus View Drive Building 2: 402 Campus View Drive Building 3: 404 Campus View Drive Building 4: 406 Campus View Drive Building 5: 410 Campus View Drive Building 6: 412 Campus View Drive Example: If your unit assignment is 4002A, your address would be: 406 Campus View Drive Apt 4002A Towson, MD 21204
Where can I pick up my packages and mail?
Packages can be retrieved from the Leasing Office, while paper mail can be retrieved from your mailbox located in the lobby of your building.
How can I connect to the WiFi? What do I do if I have WiFi concerns?
You can connect to the WiFi by registering your device at pavlovgo.com. If you are experiencing WiFi, our technical support team is available to assist you 24/7 at 888.472.8568.
Where do I put my trash?
Trash dumpsters are located at Buildings 1, 3, and 6.
Do I have to be a Towson University student to live at University Village at Towson?
No, you do not have to be a Towson University student to live at University Village. While many of our residents attend Towson University, we welcome students from any accredited college or university. Proof of student status is required, and our leasing team is happy to answer any questions you may have about eligibility.
What is included in the rent?
Rent includes all utilities, internet, furniture, and amenities.
What floor plans are available?
We offer a variety of floor plans, including 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and 4-bedrooms, designed to fit different lifestyles and budgets. For our current availability, be sure to visit our “Floor Plans” section.
Are apartments furnished?
Yes, apartments are fully furnished, including a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, and chair in the bedspaces. Common area furniture includes a sofa, chair, entertainment center, and side table.
How does roommate matching work?
Our roommate matching process uses a short questionnaire to match residents based on lifestyle preferences, study habits, and interests – helping you find a great fit. While we make very effort to accommodate roommate requests and preferences, please note that roommate matching is not guaranteed.
Can I tour the property?
Absolutely! We offer in-person tours that can be scheduled by contacting the Leasing Office. While we do not have a model apartment available to tour, we’re more than happy to show you our community amenities and answer any question you may have during your visit.
What is the cancellation or re-letting policy?
University Village does not offer lease cancellations. However, residents are welcome to re-let their lease by finding an eligible replacement resident. Once the new resident is approved and moves in into the apartment, the original resident will no longer be financially responsible for the lease. Is renter’s insurance required?
No, however renter’s insurance is strongly encouraged and recommended to help protect your personal belongings.
Where is University Village located in relation to Towson University?
University Village is located just two minutes from Towson University. While a shuttle service is not provided there are steps in the rear of the property that lead you directly on to the campus ground!
What amenities are available on-site?
Our community offers a fitness center, a multipurpose space, pool, and parking (at an additional monthly cost) designed to support both academic success and social life.
What are the office hours?
The Leasing Office is open 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday and 12PM-4PM on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Hours may vary during holidays.
Are there community events for residents?
Yes! We host regular community events throughout the year, giving residents a chance to connect, relax, and have fun.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are observed from 10PM to 8AM Sunday through Thursday and 11PM to 9AM Friday and Saturday.
